We liked everything about the Deminca Palace and will comment on trip adviser. The Location was great. The building was beautiful. The room was excellent and was possibly the nicest room we have stayed in. The Reception staff were fantastic and nothing was too much trouble The dining staff were freindly The breakfast was perfectly adequate.
No complaints but a minor suggestion you may wish to consider. When offering a suite and kitchen it might be an idea to have kitchen cleaning materials to wipe up with and possiblybasic coffee facilities in the room. We are not complaining but arriving at midnight to an apartment we thought we would be able to make a coffee. Thankyou for a great stay

Hotel is situated in the city center and it's very easy to get anywhere you want. Junior suite room was excellent. It was pleasant to have a little kitchen/living room. Breakfasts were quite good.
They gave us a chateau (not junior siute as was booked) room first. It's much bigger - it has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and the 2nd floor with twin beds but each bedroom is small and the ceiling is very low. When it was hot outside, inside was also very hot. Conditioner didn't work well. The room doesn't have such decorations as Junior suite does. As we had a wedding ceremony during our stay decorations and size of the room were important. So we mooved 3 days after arrival to Junior suite. They had dishes in the room but no dishwashing detergent and cleaner didn't wash the dishes either.

Really liked this quirky hotel. Very big rooms with kitchenette. Staff very friendly and helpful. Nice range of food on offer at breakfast, hot and cold. Rooms clean. Safe and ac in room. Free wifi in rooms. Close to station. A bit of walk (15 mins) to old town but nice walk.

Room was beautiful and very large. We had a Junior suite, with separate living room/kitchenette. Staff in the breakfast room were extremely friendly. Great location near Wencelas square, and train station.
Parking is around 1km away. They didn't check us in first, so we had to walk with stroller and suitcases from parking garage to hotel in pouring rain. Elevator broken on day of check out, we were offered no assistance bringing all out bags down the stairs. Room noisy due to tram line directly outside window.

The hotel was nicely decorated and the staff was really supportive, it had decent location in the touristy area. My double room with comfy bedding, bath, for instance was well-appointed and nicely furnished. I liked 6 nights in this property.

The Junior Suite was huge, great for our group. Really comfy space, and the staff was super friendly. The beds were decent, but a bit too soft for my taste. The shower needed a bit of updating, though-it wasn't the best. The size and layout were awesome!

Staff at the reception desk were very friendly and helpful. We saw some young men who got on well together and tried to help the guests. Staff at the breakfast room were fine.
Cleaning staff did not do the room/bathroom properly; for example, they did not take away all the papers and rubbish, and did not wash the glasses, etc.
